I am fully insured with United Healthcare, but every time I see one of my good doctors in PMG, the PMG sends ME the bill, BEFORE sending it to United Healthcare, saying “Notice of Denial of Payment.” Is this in the hopes that I’ll pay it BEFORE United Healthcare, and they’ll get paid twice??? Is this standard procedure or fraud? I wish my doctors were NOT with this group. And PMG must not realize that they are setting themselves up for a class action lawsuit.

I spoke with representative Freda who was great and was able to provide me with the resources to resolve my issue. Freda was respectful, kind, and efficient.
