As Vice President of Network Operations, Janet oversees several departments including Provider Relations, Call Center, and Network Development. Janet has worked in healthcare for 35 years, primarily in Clinical Operations leading multi-site, multi-specialty provider groups. Janet has held leadership roles with Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Sutter Health, and Mills Peninsula Medical Group. Her areas of expertise include Clinic Operations Management, Practice Expansion, Acquisition & Integration, Stakeholder Relations and Staff Engagement, Mentorship & Retention, and developing cultures of excellence and collaboration. Janet is a mentor to young single mothers and pregnant teenagers/young women. Her passion is assisting young single mothers to develop skills and access opportunities that can move them toward economic stability, enhancing the dignity and quality of life of those single parent families.
