EXCEL MSO is the management company for Physicians Medical Group of San Jose. The staff at Excel is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. to assist you with any questions you may have with eligibility, health plan benefits, PCP selection, claims or referrals.
